Kiyora is a purely private, self-pay practice. Billing follows the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ); the price depends on the effort involved, the number of areas and sessions and the applicable multiplier. Consultation and follow-up checks are billed transparently under the GOÄ as well – we go through the details with you at the consultation appointment.

Yes, expressly. If you have statutory insurance you are warmly welcome as a self-paying patient. Statutory health insurers generally do not reimburse these services; private insurers and public-sector allowance schemes reimburse depending on your policy – you can submit our GOÄ invoice to them.

Preferably by card: you pay for your treatment directly at the practice, ideally cashless. If you would like to pay another way, please let us know in advance. You will receive an invoice under the GOÄ in every case.

It begins with a conversation: your history, your concern, previous treatments. We then examine your skin, assess the findings and discuss the options – including whether a treatment makes sense at all. You leave with a clear recommendation and the costs that go with it.

Usually, yes. If you have a conspicuous or changing skin lesion, please say so when you call – we give those appointments priority.
